The fifth VQ Knowledge and Strategy Forum - Scandinavia’s leading strategy event - will take place in Stockholm on 8 October. SCC Secretary General, Annette Magnusson, will once again act as moderator during the conference.

Scandinavia's leading strategy event, VQ Forum, has published the recently updated conference program and speakers list.

This year's program will focus on productivity, pricing strategies, profit growth, legal process strategies, client/law firm relationships and how the development of the in-house counsel role is changing the dynamics of legal service.

The Forum also features an exclusive presentation of Poolia Legal's Swedish General Counsel report based on a survey taken by General Counsels and CEOs in Sweden about the development of the in-house legal role.

This year's keynote speaker is Richard Burcher who will provide his insights and experience on how a "custom-fit" value-driven, reciprocal fairness approach to pricing will best position law firms to achieve two apparently diametrically opposed outcomes: improved profitability, and more satisfied clients.

Alex Hamilton, founder and CEO of Radiant Law, will speak about how he created his law firm to improve the client experience, focusing on better value and price certainty.

SCC Secretary General, Annette Magnusson, will once again act as moderator during the conference:

"As a provider of dispute resolution services both in a domestic and international context, it is essential for us to participate in the ongoing discussion on legal innovation and strategy within the legal field", says Magnusson in a comment. "Disputes must be assessed from a commercial perspective, and this conference provides important insights for this purpose."
