We are proud to present Max Hübner as additional speaker to join the fantastic line-up previously announced as speakers for the 7th annual VQ Knowledge and Strategy Forum. This year’s main theme is reinvention and disruptive innovation, from both in-house and outside counsel perspective.

Max Hübner has, inter alia, been recognized by Financial Times for his innovative work. In the 2013 FT Innovative Lawyers Report he and his legal team at PGGM N.V. were awarded for their Innovation in Operational Change, overhauling the approach to external spend and the significant cost savings that this brought.

At VQ Forum on 18 October, Max Hübner will share his views and experiences with change and innovation in the legal world and give some pointers to how transformational change in providing legal services can be achieved. He will describe how his entrepreneurial approach has made PGGM to be ranked as most innovative in operational change in-house by Financial Times for "encouraging high performance from the team through smart management, cutting costs and making the legal department one of the most respected in the company".

"After all I am an entrepreneur who happens to be a General Counsel." Max Hübner explains.
