During the day you will inter alia learn about ushering the future of the practice of law, where Andrew Arruda will discuss how humans working with machines can produce better and more affordable services for our clients, in a future where it's not about advanced technology for advanced technologies sake, but where we bring in the best people and the best technology to best serve our clients.
You will also learn about digital transformation via radical customer focus, where Johan Eriksson, Google Sweden, will simplify what surprisingly few digital trends are the core drivers of the impact on our industry and will show how to use a radical customer perspective to navigate the digital transformation journey.
