Prior to stepping into this role, she spent three years driving innovation initiatives across Karnov Region South (France, Spain and Portugal). She previously served as Head of Innovation & Legaltech at a major Spanish corporate law firm and holds a PhD from Sorbonne Law School, where her research focused on data-driven international M&A transactions. A former practicing French lawyer, she also teaches at several European universities. Iga is a successful legaltech founder, having exited her startup in 2021, and is the author of numerous publications on legal technology.
