Upon request, strategy and innovation adviser Richard Tromans will be returning as a speaker to our tenth anniversary of VQ Forum on 17 October 2019. Richard Tromans is the founder of TromansConsulting and the global legal AI and new technology site, Artificial Lawyer.
This site is all about changing the business of law, often through the use of technology, but also through the better deployment of people inside organisations and within new business structures, as well as innovation around process improvement.
In line with this focus, Artificial Lawyer has created a new conference, Legal Innovators, for all of you working at the intersection of technology and the business of law, or who are interested in it. The conference is held in London on 11 October. You can find more information in the flier here: Legal Innovators 2019
At VQ Forum, Richard Tromans will provide his insights on the current state of legaltech and the development of legal artificial intelligence and his predictions for the years to come. Richard Tromans will also moderate and take part in a panel discussion on future legal services and new legal services based on innovative legal tech.
What kind of legal services will be demanded? Will the traditional law firms focus on their traditional practice of law or will they diversify their legal offering? Who will deliver new services such as managed legal services and online self-service tools on the Swedish market? How should the legal offerings be developed to become more customer-focused? How can legal service providers give customers what they want – i.e. their legal issues solved no matter WHO or WHAT is doing it?
