VQ regularly participate to speak about legal tech and the development of the legal sector. Today VQ founder Helena Hallgarn gave a lecture on “The Future Legal Landscape” at the Cyber Law course at Stockholm University which included a discussion on the future role for law students.
These lectures are a great opportunity for us to also get some input on how the law students view the future.
From our perspective the future is bright with a variety of opportunities depending on the lawyers’ skills and interest and can range from a) the more traditional practice of law, but enhanced with tech using tech as your superpower, to b) business enablers supporting the business by managing an ecosystem of service providers or c) solving legal problems by developing new legal tools and services.
